Pros
Doceo is growing quickly, but still has that 'small, family' feeling! Everybody cares deeply about our customers, and each other. Doceo offers the best benefits that I've ever had and I often compare them to my peers, and they are hands down fantastic. Doceo's management team creates a very flexible environment – it's easy to have a work & home life balance with this company.
Cons
Because we are such a close group, too many opinions can be involved in smaller projects/decisions, which in turn over complicates and slows down my creative process.
