Pros

Colleagues the team and some others of course

Cons

Compliance is neither valued in the company nor taken seriously by the management. You get the feeling that all the work is being passed on to us. There is no gratitude. Feedback is only given when something has not gone well, and usually in a disrespectful manner. In addition, many people are unable to behave in a normal manner and to treat others with respect. To make the situation worse, the employee is not valued in compliance. No money is invested in further training or in the opportunity for the teams, some of which are geographically spread out, to meet in order to strengthen the team. In many areas, the company works with the mentality of the past and creates no incentive to keep modern-thinking colleagues in the long term. The leaving of many employees is already guaranteed, and sooner or later the people who are responsible for all of this, in my view, will also wake up to this fact. And once again there are problems transferring salaries on time. On the one hand, some employees were forgotten to be contacted, on the other hand, the mail from the management gives the impression that it is trivial. They forget that not everyone was born rich or has millions in their bank account. Many have obligations that they have to pay from their salaries, some of which are low and not in line with the market. Shameful.

Pros

Good things are that you learn to value yourself because no one else does, you have (should I say had?) a work status so aren’t unemployed and apparently you get fresh fruit and not every company offers that. Also some colleagues are cool.

Cons

The company itself is the definition of a con. Need I say more ? Will say more. Delayed salary payments, constant lies to cover the truth, overtime not paid nor recognized, people treated like fools unless you’re part of the cool kids, nobody is seriously taken, the heaters do not work in winter, no AC in summer, the walls were painted with the wrong blue (too light, sad that all the effort was put into that and not in the office members).
