Horrible work culture - Sr. Product Manager Docker Employee Review

Well apart from the core product they don't have anything built anything new - Very very depressive work culture, they have absolute no KPIs to measure your performance it's just based on what your manager thinks about you - the manager measures you on the basis of what others think about you, so it's just political circus you need to play - They work more on slack optics rather than actual work - if you just think anything you need to post on slack otherwise you're considered as someone who lacks communication. Long endless hours and burnout is very common and not considered something to be discussed.
