Pros
* Base pay is excellent, but varies drastically depending on your interview performance and negotiation. You get what you fight for. * Excellent WLB - mostly due to leaderships incapability to utilize the troops effectively, but still, you won't be overwhelmed here. This is a bug that happens to act like a feature. * 100% remote * Great co-workers - folks are smart, lots of Linux nerds here, great personalities * Fair & relatively streamlined interview process
Cons
* Incompetent leadership - like, completely. No vision, no strategy, no direction, and plenty of red tape to get new products in customers hands. Very sad to see. * Hard to be motivated long term when the company is driving aimlessly down the road to ??? * Too much generic talk about AI - we have absolutely no new ideas brewing and leadership doesn't know what to do in the AI space. This is just buzzword FOMO. * Indecisive - the recurring theme here is inept leadership. It's sad. * Don't even think about promotions. There's no clear path upwards and I have seen any robust leveling at this company.
