They have many different organizations within the company that lessens the stress and opens the floor for co-existing ideas. CEO is open to dialogue with any of your concerns and issues you may have with management or an individual. I learned more from this company than any other company I ever worked at. Organic drinks & snacks! CEO is very conscious about Health.
Cons
My experience here started off good even though I didn’t find much success cold calling but that’s because of the lack of training I received. There are soo many issues wrong with this company but since I wasn’t affected, I still felt sorry for the ones who didn’t receive anything for their hard work and dedication. I’ll just candidly say if you’re wanting to apply just ask previous employees on LinkedIn about their experience there. Things on the sales side started to change every 2 weeks in which employees started to lose trust, confidence & hope in management. Many people were fired for unknown reasons while others who haven’t contributed as much but were favored didn’t. The turn-over rate is BAD there.
