Pros

Diva Lauren was an interesting person (however business women? I think not)

Cons

Closed the office without any notice, was paid over 10 days late twice. There was nothing going on, no real direction. Illegal practices (having us sell products in states certain ingredients were banned), what a nightmare!!!! I'm not sure why anyone would stay working there, this company is going no where. Wish I would've listened to the other reviews, any positive ones I'm sure are written by current employees to help bring up the rating.

None of any value. You may be promised benefits, and other perks, but none of these things actually come true.

Where to start. Others have mentioned, but it needs to be said again: tax fraud! This doesn't just effect the company (which will hopefully be shut down soon), but also the employees. Imagine checking your earnings report with the IRS and Social Security just to find out that none of the withdrawn payroll taxes had actually been paid and that your W2s are fraudulent. This is exactly what happened to me, and it is so disgusting it is hard to express my outrage. As if this weren't enough the other practices of the company are equally horrifying. The owner, Diva Lauren, treats all staff, no matter what their title or rank as if we are personal servants. I was often told to stop working on my very full schedule of actual work tasks to run personal errands for her, it is extremely degrading. Other laundry list of issues include illegal shipments, and being asked to otherwise take shortcuts which could compromise customers and products. No business plan, budget or clear direction for the company. No posting of paid days, and hand written paychecks with no pay-stubs (both of which are against the law, but clearly they have little care for or respect for legal business practices).
