None at all not for me anyways I loved everything about working here if hadn’t relocated I would have still been working here.

I learned alot from my supervisor. we had good and bad days. the good part about this company is that they will offer you a long term employment. They are looking for people who can stay for long however there are no benefits. The work load is not much and its a quiet, calm and slow pace work environment. Janine, the president of the company is a very nice lady and is professional and thats why her employees take advantage of her. I am thankful to her for everything and she is the best to work for.

if you are a person of their color black you will be their favorite and will stay no matter how many mistakes you make. There is a lot of politics, racial grouping and harassment for employee who is not black. The manager is not a leader so they look for people pleaser as long as you can say yes yes you will rock. there is no growth and manager never want you to go and speak to their boss about them. The pay rate will remain the same no matter how many years you have been there.
