It has been two years since I joined DoctusTech, and I can confidently say that the management is supportive and easy to approach. It never feels difficult to share ideas or feedback. What I personally enjoy the most is working on meaningful healthcare products that solve real-world problems. It’s a great environment to learn, grow, and take on practical product challenges. The team is friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help whenever needed. As a designer, I’ve also had good opportunities to influence product direction and improve the overall user experience. It is also one of the best workplaces for a fully remote work culture, which genuinely supports a sustainable and healthy work-life balance over the long term.

No major issues so far. Missing workcations. Please plan to meet soon; it helps with team building.
