They give you lots of leads

Most of the leads suck. They generally underpay everyone and will look for opportunities to screw you out of money if you close a larger deal (happened to me more than once and saw it happen to others as well). Commissions are regularly paid late with little to no notice and the commission reporting process (for them to tell you what they owe you) is the worst and least accurate of anywhere I’ve ever been. Last I heard they conceded that all commissions would be paid a month later than stated in the contract. Management is always crying broke, then buying a new company before they’ve properly integrated the last one. Spent a lot of time calming down angry customers. Overall, one of the worst organizations I’ve ever worked for - which is saying something.
