Cons
Managment is unprofessional and incompetent from industry standards from the main office staff to most department managers. Some managers are wonderful to their team and with their production and target goals, and are undervalued. It’s like the worst ones are in the good old boys / girls club and have been skinning by on toxic behavior because of history and ties to the community.
