      Pros

      Love working with the dogs! There is a lot of opportunity to learn more about dogs as well as other educational opportunities (CPR/First Aid Training, Behavior Training,Dog Daycare/Boarding Conferences etc.). Wide availability of shifts since the company is open 24/7. Great benefits and very fulfilling work!

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times as there is a lot of responsibility since you are working with live animals - just something to consider!

      worked there for 3yrs, management is getting better. Increasing our behavior knowledge every year.

      Cons

      Staff to dogs ratio (as any dog daycare). Having to worry about doing event stuff even if it's busy.
