      Benefits, real corporate structure. Very smart business savvy owner.

      Cons

      Mgmt. Lies to cooks. I never got that raise. Cooks need union reps asap. Asst. Managers only worry about their shift. Not long term.

      many long time employees. money is good. clientele is a lot of regulars which makes making money easy

      There are none. Managemt anywhere you go will have its obstacles it’s how you deal with daily stress
