Great technology - Products wow people Good pay, benefits 9/80 work week (can turns into a WFH day) Friendly, caring people (mostly) Lots of "built in" revenue from core audio business Very ambitious and patient pursuing new business opportunities
Cons
Organizational structure and decision processes make it hard to get things done and inhibit initiative Lots of challenges growing new businesses Many VPs are most interested in protecting fiefdoms and pet initiatives that do not help the business Remote work strongly discouraged Lack of transparency, passive aggressive behavior
