Pros
My job only requires me to come into the office about ~1/month, the rest is remote. PTO encouraged! I never have to work extra hours or force myself to remain busy. Mostly everybody is nice, calm, & supportive.
Cons
Some catty coworkers, too many emails/announcements to keep up with, pay could be better for non-tech workers.
