      It puts money in your pocket.

      Cons

      Every thing about the company. They don’t give you hours, pay is terrible, they don’t care about you at all and they expect you to give up your personal life to work there.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
