I would not recommend unless you really need this part-time job - Seasonal/Part-time/Store Associate Dollarama Employee Review

-NO TRAINING: they expect you to know it right away or be experienced. Show you one day and you learn on the go basically. Sink or swim. -Shortage of workers -Wont let me do anything else besides cash, and i asked if i could stock. I dont understand this mindset. Wont let you succeed in other areas. -Favouritism of other employees for sure. -Sometimes no breaks cause again shortage of employees -bag checks, which i find strange i never had to experience that in my life until i worked at dollarama.
