Pros
Some co-workers are kind, friendly, and helpful.
Cons
It’s appalling to witness this form of exploitation in Calgary. Please stay away from this company if you don’t want to be treated like a modern-day slave. New employees are required to undergo two days of unpaid training, during which 90% of the time is spent on labour-intensive tasks without proper instruction. This is nothing but an apparent use of free labour. Employees are required to operate the boiler without certification, despite the company claiming that a $2000 training and certification is mandatory to operate it. If employees wish to resign within the first six months, they will ask you to pay back this $2000 for the two-day “training” conducted by the owner’s son.
