Pros
If there is anything I can say about Dom and Tom it's that the people are amazing and friendly. People are so nice, I still speak and meet up with current and former people from company on a regular basis. Snacks, flexible work from home policy and flexible vacation policy. Great place if you're straight out of college or looking for your first job in the Dev Shop world.
Cons
Don't expect to take much time off during the fall holiday season, that's the busiest time of the year for the company. Expect to see people leave or let go during your time here. Also, don't expect the best pay for web developers or mobile developers. NYC office environment made it difficult to concentrate on work(i.e. lots of distractions from people talking, etc.) Web Department management during my tenure was very much lacking. The company does semi-annual reviews where employees set learning and career development goals, but this is very much a front. I've never been placed in any projects that helped me achieve said goals and neither have any of my fellow web developers(at least the ones I spoke to). Be very careful, as company will fire employees for self-preservation(i.e. if they don't need you any more or if you don't meet their expectations, you might be out of a job). This has happened during my tenure and has happened to friends after my tenure. This, in my opinion, is because there is no proper strategy for career development.
