Good job when work is available. And the office doesn't use thier bias to hand out work.

If you are not friends with the people in the office you don't receive work. I have been With this company for 4 years and in the last 4 months I've worked a total of 10days but I know that the new hires who are friends with the office ladys have had no shortage of hours handed to them. There is a level of favoritism that is wrong and the CO needs to address this asap.

Lots of hours and lots of emergent work

Sometimes can be slow but that is just the industry.
