      Pros

      Dome9 is a great company that has a lot of potential. The people are wonderful to work with and the product has a lot of potential. You get competitive compensation, great benefits, and management is usually flexible in being able to work remote.

      Cons

      The Cloud Security market is saturated with many players right now which makes it very tough to differentiate and stand out amid the noise. You may have 5-10 security players going for the same IT dollar. In my opinion, it is going to be a uphill grid for the next few years to see which players endure in this market space. This is the main challenge facing Dome9.

      Pros

      -Dome9 is a high growth company entering the next phase of its history. This means there are plenty of opportunities to learn and do a lot. -Product is in demand with an already impressive roster of Fortune 500 companies using it. -Plenty of opportunity to grow with the company if you put the work in. -Meritocracy. Good performance is rewarded. -US headquarters is in a great downtown Mountain View location.

      Cons

      -Company is quickly outgrowing its main US headquarters. Hopefully a move to a bigger office around the same area is on the horizon. -There can be a bit of a 'sink or swim' mentality with new employees sometimes. It is a trial by fire, but if you're capable and up for it, it will be worth it. -Because of the company's rapid growth, some teams are stretched thin while headcount is added.
