Cons
-Company is quickly outgrowing its main US headquarters. Hopefully a move to a bigger office around the same area is on the horizon.
-There can be a bit of a 'sink or swim' mentality with new employees sometimes. It is a trial by fire, but if you're capable and up for it, it will be worth it.
-Because of the company's rapid growth, some teams are stretched thin while headcount is added.
