      I got to listen to audio books while I drove around.

      They work you to death, no breaks allowed, no training, next to minimum wage, bosses are incompetent and dishonest.

      Very easy-going work environment, and the residents (clients) I talk with are great.

      Sometimes you get a bad apple that comes through the gatehouse but 99% of the time the people are nice and easy going
