      Pros

      Some hard-working colleagues. Beautiful campus.

      Cons

      New VP given full reign to "restructure" in any way he deems appropriate (or rather, inappropriate) causing extremely low morale. Considering the mission statement is about how others are treated, you would want your leadership to act accordingly. Not lead with malice and contempt.

      I love working at Dominican. Budget is tight at this time, which makes it difficult.

      Budget is really not ideal.

      Great people overall, but the whole place is pretty unorganized. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of big egos on campus. A bit dated with policies and such. Constant turnover
