Pros
Excellent benefits, the senior management meaning Directors, VP, Exec VP are really good, Above board, always looking to do the right thing. The company deals honestly with it's customers.
Cons
Middle management and below. You have some really good, experience and gifted middle managers. You also have some who are not so good, who don't seem to care, very hands off and not in the right jobs. Gossip is rampant in some groups, unprofessional behaviors. This is not the entire company just in some groups that I have either been apart of or observed.
