The Benefits Package is outastanding, Safety is held to the highest priority and the work environment makes it easier to spend five days a week there instead of home.
Cons
The sick leave policy doesn't make a lot of sense. After you obtain 1200 hours of sick time, you are no longer allowed to acquire anymore. You also may not use any more than three sick days in a quarter of a year without use of FMLA. You are required to work a full 16 hours within a 24 hour period in order to qualify for 8 hours of rest. For example, if I work from 0700 to 1530, and get called in to work at 2330 and work until 0700, I am required to work for the rest of the day because I have only completed 15.5hours of work in a 24 hour period and have not earned 8 hours of rest.
