Pros
Great company. Can't really go wrong with the energy sector, especially at Dominion which is very well positioned. If you perform, it seems you will be rewarded. Nice bonus system and if the company does well, you can do very well. Very good work life balance for most of the corporate positions. Most people in non-management positions are not working beyond the regular 40hrs/wk, and even some/most managers work close to regular hours.
Cons
Some coworkers leave a lot to be desired. Lots of complaining and just plain weird people. Plenty of dead weight in the company that you just have to deal with. currently lacking internal movement opportunities, but that's just how it is at a lot of companies right now.
