Pros
People are nice, flexible hours, quiet place to work, and decent salary. Work life balance great. Very understanding and will work with you for any case of needing to leave early, etc.
Cons
No potential career growth and no skill set growth. Been here for a few months and haven't learned much to apply towards my career. CEO doesn't have an idea as to what the company specifically does (as told by older, seasoned employees). Very cheap, doesn't invest in employees. No training involved, either learn as you go or get rare chance to travel for training at partner facility. Too lenient when it comes to culture and maintenance of office. Management isn't stellar. Puts employees last on priority list. Over 30 employees have resigned since 2009 and many have come and gone since then. Can be a shady atmosphere at times. Everyone looks out for themselves.
