      Good work-life balance. Well located. 35 hours a week. Bilingual environment. Good learning experience as they have a lot of different pension plans.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for career progression. Low salary for experience.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
