Pros
Colleagues are great, work/life balance maintained. My department was very flexible, helpful and friendly. Benefits are great; 401k match, etc - until 2018 when medical was changed to consumer driven program. Domtar offers lots of educational & volunteer opportunities. CEO and Ft. Mill upper management make a point to know employees by name.
Cons
Beware of backstabbers, as in any company. Pay equity is not good. Exec Admins make an average of $5k more than "regular" Admins having the same tasks & responsibilities. Medical benefits are more expensive to the employees now.
