      The long term friendships made.

      Cons

      Favoritism, poor leadership, promoting people for the wrong reason. This is truly a place where people are promoted for being friends with someone. This company has lost so many valuable employees because of the unscrupulous and uncouth ways management operates. Leaving this company was the best move ever.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
