      Good wage, exellent benifits and retirement plan, been at domtar Espanola for 28 years. execellent company to work for.

      Cons

      Sometimes I wish a little more could be done on maintenance. but there has been improvements in past few years.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
