Excellent benefits and pay, great company perks, management is highly effective, very reasonable workload expectations, extensive vacation time, friendly employees.

May be too small of a company, for some

This is a very small and fun company to work for. The teams all have quirky personalities that meld like a family which is ultimately what keeps the place together. There is a very strong relationship with the customers who are fierce brand advocates and fans. There aren't a ton of rules and procedures like most companies and there is little oversight. Business is run very tight though as the company has struggled to find its footing.

Requires a lot of problem solving skills as things aren't main-streamed. High turn-over in upper management.
