Cons
The word is out, and has been for sometime now how awful corporate management is running/ruining this company. Unfortunately the real talent has either left, or is in the process of leaving. Before the owner/brother’s retired and the current CEO came on board, this company was thee place to work. Great name, reputation, respected in the industry, and on a phenomenal growth track. Sadly, from the start of the “Changing the Game” program, this company has completely lost its focus and mission. And over the years, it has only gotten worse. Corporate management has grown to and prides itself on having little to no ethics, and zero accountability as to their decisions. It has turned into a blame game atmosphere that no one want to be a part of.
