Pros
The people are friendly and pretty much willing to help one another for common goals and objectives etc. the engineering and tooling dept are very knowledgeable and experienced.
Cons
Mgmt is entirely too conservative and risk adverse to ever grow the business significantly. They treat customers like they are idiots and wonder why they pull the business out. Their cost structure / pricing is in left field and they have no low cost mfg locations or platforms so they will never be able to compete in an ever increasing competitive market for injection molding & machining. They think they are coming up with a revolutionary concept with injection molding when there are dozens of competitors out there making them look like fools with their pricing and delivery.
