Fairly laid back atmosphere vs other aerospace companies. CO-workers and other floor workers are generally easy to work with on projects.
Cons
No competitive wages if you wasn't hired in at your current position. Its hard to move into a different pay bracket if you was not hired into that pay bracket regardless of how many new responsibilities and positions you take on.
