      Pros

      The working circumstance is friendly and like a family. The production line is advanced and automotive. Many production line is set up in the Japanese management method.

      Cons

      The company locates at a small city. The traffic is not very convenient. The local food is noodle, as a result someone like rice may find not feel accustomed.
