Pros
What's good about the place is that they pay legal wage and ensure that you have superannuation benefits. The other employees are relatively nice, and the manager was open to new ideas and easy to talk to for most of the time. The work environment was relatively clean and tidy.
Cons
I was not given enough hours to work, on the less busy nights I was let off very early so sometimes I work 2-3 hour shifts, which is not worth the transport costs/time. Furthermore the manager had anger management issues, if something went wrong he may start chucking food around and shout obscenities. Sometimes I feel like I am thrown into a situation I am not yet equipped to deal with yet and I have to get through it using my wits and hard work.
