The company and supervisors put a lot of time into you. Starting with a bootcamp, then going into on the job training. Workbooks and quizzes along the way to keep on track. Good teachers as well.

Long days- 10 hour shifts but guaranteed overtime when I worked there (if you’re a good machinist/operator)
Running multiple machines while deburring, CTQs, polishing, etc. but keeps you busy.
