      Work from Home facility Salary are paid in USD

      Cons

      Too much work pressure. Need to connect for 15 16 hrs daily. Need to work on weekends as well. No Work life balance Onsite counterpart was worst, no good work is transferred to offshore. Only crap works, which require time and no learning are transferred. Need to work on minimum of 2 projects. No respect for the work done. Outdated technologies, no cloud project. No proper office in India. Company is not registered.
