This is a great place to work, Managers take a personal interest in your success. They have a great in-house training program, the offices are comfortable but professional. There are great places to eat and walk nearby, on the building grounds are trees and pond with fish.

They have a busy season, and there are lots of opportunity for overtime if you want it.

This is a small company where individuals can make a big difference. Rather than being a cog in a machine, I can voice my opinions to Sr Management and they follow my advice. The Management team really cares about the staff. They go out of their way to take care of loyal employees, and try to be flexible with employees and personal issues that arise. I have even seen them allow people to work from home when their job duties allowed. The ethics and values of the staff is very high. In my position I have the opportunity to see what happens "behind the scenes", and this company really does try to do the right thing, both for employees and for customers. The staff and management alike are all very nice people.

As with most small companies, there is not a lot of upward mobility. Sometimes it can take a while for decisions to be made and progress to happen.
