Pros
Doosan is a westernized company, it's not a common practice for Korean company, but Doosan is an exceptional one. They are hiring a lot MBAs, operating as much as possile to be a western firm. Grow the company by M&As, JVs, leadership team are quite open and flexible. Compensation is fairly good.
Cons
communication with other department is not easy some time. Decision making process of top management is not quick.
