Cons
Workload expectations are extremely high, especially for the pay. Many employees carry significant responsibilities, and it often feels like there is little room to step away without falling behind. Expect back to back meetings from 8AM-6PM then having to get your work done at night to keep up. If you do take PTO, you'll need to work during it since there will be no coverage while you are "out." Over time, this can take a toll on morale and work-life balance. The culture is suffering as a result of this too. People seem to be working against each other and are quick to throw others under the bus to make themselves look more favorable to avoid getting let go. Turnover is atrocious. A quick search on LinkedIn will tell you a lot of employees are only lasting 6-8 months.
There is little direction on priorities which causes day to day chaos. Processes, documentation, onboarding, and internal resources have not scaled at the same rate as the business. Employees often spend unnecessary time navigating ambiguity and reinventing solutions instead of focusing on their core responsibilities. If you are thinking about joining Doppel, I would highly recommend speaking to former employees first.
