Overall, the company has a flexible remote culture and is really focused on building a decent platform.

Cons

Unfortunately, my time at the company was marred by a series of issues that I feel compelled to address in this review, with the aim of providing constructive feedback for improvement. 1. The founders lacked clear direction and leadership, creating chaos within the organization 2. The CEO's unclear vision and antagonistic behavior resulted in confusion and insecurity which led several members of the same team to either get fired or quit 3. The founders had little understanding of certain aspects of the business and had an aggressive behavior that hindered productive collaboration 4. The absence of a well-structured HR department and onboarding process made it difficult to adapt to roles effectively 5. similarly, the HR department appeared biased and not objective. 6. Constructive feedback and communication were lacking, which led to hindering professional growth 7. Upon resignation, the off-boarding process was really disrespectful and quite frankly traumatizing

People are nice and committed

Cons

Leadership upheaval, losing the former CEO, Head of Sales, and Head of Engineering. That said, they chose the former Head of Marketing to be the new CEO and that was a strong choice.
