Meetings…. Maybe my personal bias but time is so fragmented into different meetings.

while the work/life balance is a pro, this can be found in practically any organization - the cons FAR outweigh the limited pros

- underutilized executive management - corporate responsibility is a joke and departments (including the dept heads) often misuse company funds - no clear direction or strategy which translates to their ever declining financial performance - non collaborative, drama filled work place
