Have worked here for more than 5 years and management has only gone downhill.
Pay, hours, management are all terrible. Results systems are from the 90s and outdated and the 'new' phones are made of plastic. I've been grilled by management about 1 tiny mishap but never praised for the 99 other good things I do.
Newly implemented management has now got you on your own 'pathway' meaning you aren't allowed to help anyone else that isn't on your path too. If someone calls in sick from another area nobody gets replaced and now nobody else can fill their position because its not on their 'pathway'. They're sending jobs to the Philippines now because they're cheaper and will be bought out in a few years if I had to guess.
The amount of 1 star reviews are self explanatory enough but they are all true.
