The management is really laid back and fair. As long as you do what you're asked to do they are very nice people.
Cons
The money situation is so bad that in 6 months I've seen approximately 100 people quit (or get fired for backtalking). $8.00 to $9.00 per hour with your hours limited to 32-36 per week makes it impossible to survive and have health insurance unless there's a high-wage earning significant family member in your life. The turnover is so high that after 2 days off I've seen 25 new people working there. They simply refuse to pay a living wage even though the store is always busy. They will fire you if they find out you've applied for any other job and have given them as a reference.

The family is back running this long standing popular store as of October 2018! Come back to see the difference! We welcome the opportunity to show how different things are now!
