      The people you work with can be great

      Cons

      The company changed coordinators from salary to hourly. New hires wont have the options to earn a bonus and are on a payment incremental structure, so little incentive to work harder

      Collaborative environment! If you are driven the leadership will help to find the right platform for you to prove yourself and then reward you if they can.

      Cons

      No major cons, a typical company with political issues here and there. The office leaves a little to be desired but they are upgrading soon!
