      Work from home Fridays Everyone here is nice and most are passionate about the automotive industry Fast paced but not overwhelming

      Cons

      Fluctuating workload Less room for growth than other career paths (though they are trying to give engineers a path other than engineering manager)

      Collaborative environment! If you are driven the leadership will help to find the right platform for you to prove yourself and then reward you if they can.

      Cons

      No major cons, a typical company with political issues here and there. The office leaves a little to be desired but they are upgrading soon!
