I've never had an employer that treats their staff so well. I hope to retire with this company.

I struggle to think of one - other than the fact that property management in general is just extremely difficult work.

Eventually they provide you a company vehicle.

Aforementioned company vehicle was old and had numerous issues. Expressed political beliefs during meetings with no prompting. Meetings rarely had agenda or structure, made scheduling work with clients on days with meetings needlessly difficult. Woefully unprepared to take on new staff, ignored start date agreed upon in job offer and tried to start my employment a week early. Had no equipment, training, or onboarding process prepared.
