Pros
There are a lot of talented people to work with here. There are core hours to work, but it is pretty flexible outside of those. There is a system for advancement and promotion in place, giving a path for self betterment and overall advancement. Management does what it can to support your success without micro managing. There is a wide variety of projects to work on. There are opportunities to go to technology conferences and other industry related events.
Cons
1. There seems to be a bit of down time in between projects where you end up working for a few weeks on internal projects before getting onto the next customer project. 2. Offsite travel. Ideally there would be none and I can see it is kept to a minimum, but I can also see that constantly being away from the office can make you feel disjointed from the DornerWorks community.
